School to School Support contributes to a school driven self-improvement model which can lead to significant improvements in pupil outcomes. Chadsgrove Teaching School Alliance (CTSA) is committed to supporting schools and academies to improve outcomes and develop outstanding provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Through the deployment of Specialist Leaders of Education and other specialist professionals CTSA can enable individuals or teams within mainstream and special schools to develop effective provision to meet a range of SEND. We also coordinate a SENCO Network which includes over 50 Worcestershire schools. Chadsgrove's Headteacher, Deb Rattley, is a National Leader of Education (NLE) and Chadsgrove is a National Support School.
Our model of support is flexible so as to be tailored to meet the individual needs of each school, based on a minimum of a half-day. Support packages will be devised in consultation with the school senior leadership team, and may be commissioned using pre-purchased agreements or on a pay-as-you go basis. Pre-purchased units represent a cost saving compared to pay-as-you-go.
Pre-Purchased Unit Packages:
10 units £450 (minimum order)
20 units £890
or 50+ units = 5% discount
Additional units are available to top-up packages at £45 per unit.
