Chadsgrove Training School is dedicated to supporting schools and teachers to deliver educational excellence for all children. Our services enable all schools and academies to improve outcomes and develop outstanding provision for pupils with SEND, alongside subject and curriculum support for mainstream schools.
Through harnessing expertise in inclusion, we deliver a programme of CPD covering a broad range of topics to enable leaders to sustain delivery of effective inclusive pedagogy.
Through out the year we run a programme of courses for teachers who are new to working in special schools and mainstream settings. Many also have relevance to those taking on a SENCO role.
Our School Direct teacher training ensures that teachers of the future will be amply equipped to support learning for pupils with a range of increasingly complex difficulties. Our work is underpinned by partnerships with Prince Henry's Teaching School Hub, Haybridge Teaching School Hub, Tudor Grange Teaching School Hub, University of Birmingham, University of Worcester and a commitment to research.
